Conoce a los ganadores del concurso fotográfico Smithsonian 2015

El Smithsonian anunció las fotografías ganadoras de su 13th annual Smithsonian.com Photo Contest. En este evento, 9 fotografías resultaron seleccionadas entre 46 mil piezas, entregadas por fotógrafos de 168 países diferentes.

El ganador del premio mayor es el fotógrafo Albert Ivan Damanik de Medan, Indonesia. Y se titula: “Remaining on the Slopes of Mount Sinabung”. El gráfico retrató el material volcánico que fluye desde el Monte Sinabung. dirigiéndose al pueblo de Jeraya, el norte de Sumatra, Indonesia, el 26 de junio de 2015.

TFC chaplains helped Blackburn enroll in trucking school after he lost his job during the recent economic recession. Transport For Christ, an international trucker ministry, has placed 45 mobile chapels at truck stops across the United States. The chapels offer Bible study, worship services and counseling from volunteer chaplains.
